Effective January 2, 2020, The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) adopted a new Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code of Ethics”). The new Code of Ethics will apply to officers and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Company’s principal executive officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, as well as to the Company’s directors. The new Code of Ethics was implemented to reflect changes to the Company’s business and organization, conform to current best practices and improve clarity and utility. The new Code of Ethics updates provisions including those covering compliance with laws, accurate financial recordkeeping and conflicts of interest.
