President and Chief Executive Officer

Mark L. Schiller is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Hain Celestial Group. Appointed in November 2018, Schiller has led a transformation to champion innovation, resulting in several brand extensions and strategic marketing amplifications, while simultaneously achieving operational excellence. His leadership has led to a significant turnaround for the organization.

Schiller, who oversees more than 3,000 employees across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, has engaged The Hain Celestial Group global workforce by providing more opportunities for training, career advancement and access to senior management.

Prior to joining The Hain Celestial Group, Schiller served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Pinnacle Foods, where he successfully orchestrated a multi-year turnaround that delivered record market-share gains, sales growth, gross margin and profit growth. Previously, Schiller held several key leadership roles at PepsiCo.

In addition to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer, Schiller is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Hain Celestial Group. He also maintains seats on the boards of the Consumer Brands Association and Kontoor Brands, Inc.

Schiller is a graduate of Tulane University and the Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Christopher J. Bellairs joined The Hain Celestial Group as Chief Financial Officer in February 2022. Bellairs brings to Hain deep industry experience and strong executive leadership in corporate finance, financial planning, commercial finance, strategy and operation.

Before joining Hain Celestial, Bellairs served as the Chief Financial Officer of Stone Brewing, a California-based craft brewery with nationwide and international distribution.Prior to joining Stone Brewing, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Dean Foods Company, recently acquired by the Dairy Farmers of America.

Bellairs received his MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame.

Chief Executive Officer, International

Wolfgang Goldenitsch joined The Hain Celestial Group in July 2015, and was named the CEO of Hain Celestial International in January 2019. Goldenitsch is a global executive with decades of experience across Europe within the consumer packaged goods industry. He currently oversees Hain’s international brands, including several that lead in their respective categories.

Goldenitsch previously served as CEO of the Mona Group, a manufacturer of plant-based foods and beverages with facilities in Germany and Austria, which was acquired by Hain Celestial in July 2015.

Goldenitsch earned a doctorate in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Austria.

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

David J. Karch joined The Hain Celestial Group as Chief Transformation Officer in January 2020, and was named Chief Operating Officer December 2021. He has broad international experience leading growth initiatives and opening new markets and is currently directing the supply chain operations and productivity efforts under CEO, Mark Schiller.

Prior to joining Hain Celestial, Karch was the Chief Operating Officer of C&D Technologies, a provider of battery powered solutions.

Before C&D Technologies, Karch served in roles of increasing responsibility at HARMAN International, a provider of connected technologies for automotive, consumer, and enterprise markets. He has a unique combination of operations, manufacturing execution, and business transformation experience for regions and operating units ranging from $1 billion to nearly $8 billion in revenue.

Karch received an MBA from the University of Akron, and a graduate degree and bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University.

Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer

Kristy M. Meringolo joined The Hain Celestial Group in April 2017, and serves as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. She oversees all legal affairs and corporate compliance initiatives, and is the executive sponsor for the company’s corporate ESG program.

Meringolo has a successful track record of providing strategic legal advice to global consumer brands, and holding responsibility for oversight, representation, and counsel in connection with litigation and government investigations.

Prior to joining Hain Celestial, Meringolo was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Avon, a multinational cosmetics, skin care, fragrance and personal care company.

Meringolo is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.

Senior Management

Chief Executive Officer, Ella’s Kitchen

Mark Cuddigan was named by The Hain Celestial Group to the position of CEO of Ella's Kitchen in December 2014. Cuddigan oversees Ella’s Kitchen, a leading purpose-driven international baby food brand, which is sold in more than 33 countries and is a Certified B Corporation. As a member of the B Lab board, a UK registered charity that supports certified B Corporations in the UK, Cuddigan’s advocacy for sustainable practices led to Ella’s committing to becoming a net zero business by 2030.

Cuddigan has been involved in the Consumer Goods space for nearly 30 years.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Leicester.

Senior Vice President, R&D

Jeff George joined The Hain Celestial Group as Senior Vice President, Research and Development in April 2019. He is responsible for helping the company simplify its portfolio, strengthen capabilities, restore top-line growth, and expand margins and cash flow. In addition, he’s been instrumental in building and optimizing the company’s approach to innovation.

Prior to joining Hain, George served as a consultant to the company, working with the leadership team to assess innovation, performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and build strategies for improvement.

George previously held senior leadership roles in research and development at Campbell Soup Co., Hillshire Brands, and PepsiCo, Inc. He has a proven record of leading consumer packaged goods companies and teams to accelerate growth by simultaneously delivering high product quality, new consumer benefits and low cost.

George earned his bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Steve Golliher joined The Hain Celestial Group in August 2021 as the Senior Vice President of the Supply Chain and was recently named Chief Supply Chain Officer. In his current capacity, Golliher’s role has expanded to implementing cost-savings solutions, addressing supply chain challenges, and introducing lean operating principles to the supply chain infrastructure.

Prior to joining Hain, Golliher served as Vice President of Supply Chain at PepsiCo, overseeing the mid-America region at Frito-Lay. There he led and championed transformational programs and business plans, leading five manufacturing facilities, seven plant warehouses, and 22 distribution centers across multiple states.

Golliher received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and his undergraduate degree from Indiana State University.

Senior Vice President, Sales

Ari Labell joined the Hain Celestial Group in June 2017 and was recently named Senior Vice President of Sales. His primary responsibilities include co-leading Hain’s sales organization and overseeing commercial strategy and go-to-market capabilities. Labell is a significant contributor to the Hain 3.0 innovation and marketing strategies.

Prior to joining Hain Celestial, Labell served as the vice president of sales at Safilo, an Italian company that designs, produces and distributes eyewear. Previously, Labell held sales and marketing leadership positions at Unilever, managing a team of 300 and overseeing more than $2.6 billion in annual revenue.

Labell received a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.

Chief Human Resources Officer

JoAnn Murray joined The Hain Celestial Group as E Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2020. In this role, Murray is responsible for executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction. She has been an integral part of the company’s business and cultural transformation under CEO, Mark Schiller.

Prior to joining Hain, Murray served as Chief Human Resources Officer at media giant Conde Nast, home to many iconic publishing brands. Previously, she held leadership roles at Reader’s Digest, a multiplatform media company with a portfolio of high-profile properties and products. In addition, she served in leadership roles at major CPG companies Cadbury and PepsiCo.

Murray holds a bachelor’s degree from Pace University and is actively involved in a number of not-for-profits dedicated to health, wellness, and the advancement of women in leadership.

Senior Vice President, Sales

Jacob Rogers joined The Hain Celestial Group as the vice president of sales in January of 2018, and he was named senior vice president in 2020. His primary responsibilities include co-leading Hain’s sales organization and managing relationships with national retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, and Amazon. Recently his role has expanded to incorporate a variety of additional customers and channels.

Prior to joining Hain Celestial, Rogers served as the vice president of sales at The Kellogg Company. In addition, Rogers held roles of increasing responsibility in sales, international, marketing, and commercial strategy in multiple channels.

Rogers received an undergraduate degree from East Carolina University.
